Announcing 2022 Individual and Family Health & Well-being Grants

In the second half of the year, CFF awards grants to organizations working to support individual and family health and well-being primarily on the West Side of Chicago. This includes support for programs that address hunger and increase access to healthy food, as well as those that promote healing for children and families who have experienced trauma. A number of grants to organizations rooted in the Lutheran faith tradition also received renewed support. We are pleased to announce support for these 17 remarkable organizations:
